Experienced project manager and evaluator – including evaluation of EU-funded projects – backed up by 10 years project management in a PRINCE2 environment. Recent work as a consultant includes evaluation of the use of Lean in an English NHS Hospital Trust and the evaluation of Enfield Homes’ customer outreach programme.
